So if you want to plan part of your wedding, or if you get into the wedding plans and book some vendors, but get stuck or overwhelmed with the endless decisions and details, they will take over. The planner can do what you don’t want to or have time to do. From this point, they will help you create a timeline for the wedding day, review and secure contracts, and be with you for the rest of the wedding planning process until after the reception.

  • Wedding Day Director or some call it Day of Coordination.

The planner will take your plans, review contracts, contact your vendors and work with them to create a wedding day team. Your planner will execute your plans. Your planner will create a timeline for your wedding day, direct the rehearsal and coordinate every detail on the wedding day.
